Exchanges and Returns

At Wagnes LLC, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Ready-Made Items: We accept returns and exchanges on all items from our Wagnes Legacy collection and our Neckwear collection. All other garments are custom made to order. LAST CHANCE items are NOT eligible for returns.
  • Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please carefully review custom order details before finalizing your purchase. All custom-made items are eligible for one complimentary MINOR sizing adjustments.
  • NOTE: All garments are measured, cut, and sewn according to the measurements you provide us so we can only do minor alterations to the size with the material available. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing please contact us for assistance. 

2. Return, Exchange, and Alteration Request Window

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange for eligible ready-made items.

3. Condition of Items for Return or Exchange

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for return or exchange.

4. Return, Exchange, or Alteration Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@wagnes.com within the return period. Include your order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.
  • We may request photos of the item to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • All custom order are eligible for a one time MINOR size adjustment. Please contact our team at info@wagnes.com and we will assist with the process.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a full refund to the original payment method for eligible returns.
  • Exchanges: If you’d prefer an exchange for a different size or item, we will assist in processing the exchange once the original item is returned in eligible condition.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We are all small 2-person team handmaking all items and to keep costs as low as possible, we cannot cover certain costs such as return shipping. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
  • Alteration Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping cost related to a sizing alteration request so please reach out to us if you have any questions at all about how to measure your companion.
  • NOTE: We are a small 2-person own company hand making every product and to try and keep cost as low as possible cannot cover shipping charges for returns or alterations request at this time. Thank you for your understanding and patronage. 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@wagnes.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a replacement or process a refund after the item has been returned to us.

8. International Orders

For international orders, the return process is the same, but the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

9. Changes to Return and Exchange Policy

Wagnes LLC reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will take effect from the date of posting.
