We primarily ship orders via USPS, but may use other carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the size and nature of the order. Customers may contact us for expedited shipping options, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship to most countries worldwide, but we reserve the right to cancel any order if shipping is determined to be unreliable or undeliverable to the specified address. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Processing Time

  • Ready-Made Items: Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and we strive to ship them by the end of the next business day.
  • Custom Orders: Processing time for custom orders will vary depending on the complexity of the order and may take between 3-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the United States.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Shipping costs within the United States are charged at a flat rate. For international orders, shipping charges will vary based on destination.
  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or additional shipping charges associated with international orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send an email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your order’s status as it makes its way to you.

6. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): The typical delivery time for standard shipping within the United States is 2-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic, if approved): Expedited shipping, if approved, will generally take 1-2 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Lost Packages: Wagnes is not liable for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost afterward. However, if an item is lost in transit, we will replace the item at no additional charge.
  • Damaged Items: If your order is damaged during transit, you must contact us within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, the damaged item must be returned to us, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

8. International Shipping

For international orders, please note:

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applicable to international orders.
  • Tracking: Tracking will be provided for international shipments.

9. Alterations Time Frame

The time it takes for us to receive, alter, and return the item to you will vary depending on shipping time as well as how complex the alteration is. Rest assured we will do our utmost to get it back to you as quickly as we can. Customer’s are liable for shipping costs of alteration requests.

10. Changes to Shipping and Delivery Policy

Wagnes LLC reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time. If changes are made, we will post the updated policy on our website. By continuing to use our website after such changes, you accept the updated policy.
