Products & Materials

Wagnes use a variety of different materials that are mostly upcycled from vintage shop finds. We love the idea of reinventing the old into the new and vintage materials are often extremely high in quality and feel.

Absolutely! If you have an old shirt or dress with lots of sentimental value and would like it to be used as fabric for a new coat or dress, we’d be happy to assist. Please contact us BEFORE sending us the material at info@wagnes.com so we can verify feasibility.

Yes, everything is handmade and put together by our two designers right here in the US using our own patented design. 

Depending on the materials, there could be more releases after a product sells out. Unfortunately, if the material was upcycled from a vintage garment, once it’s sold out, there will be no more releases for the same material design. In these instances, it is best to place an order immediately after you see a fabric you love since the amount of available material is limited and we cannot control how much of it must be used for a project until the order is placed. If an order for a large size is placed before yours, it may end up using too much material and not leaving enough for another order.

Shipping & Delivery

If you purchased a ready made item, we will process the order within 1-2 business days (we usually strive for next day) and shipping will be 3-5 business days. If you ordered a custom tailored garment the time frame can vary depending on complexity. Please visit our shipping page for more info.

For shipping within US, it is a flat rate of 6.95 and internationally, it is 20.95. We will notify you if there is an issue with shipping to your region prior to fulfilling the order. Please visit our shipping page for more info.

Yes! We offer free domestic shipping within the US for orders over $150. There is no free shipping for international orders at this time. If you put in a large order for international shipping, please contact us and we may be able to provide a coupon for free shipping.

Yes, however, we reserve the rights to cancel your order and refund you for any reasons related to shipping destination (i.e. multiple failed delivery attempts).

Yes. At the moment we do offer local pickup for customers in the Seattle area at Coby’s Cafe. Please contact our team to set up a pick up time.

Sizing & Fit

We custom make to order every item according to measurements you provide of your companion so you can be sure the fit will be amazing. Please note, items from the Wagnes Legacy Collection as well as the Neckwear Collection are pre-made but we will list the sizing and fitment clearly per item.

After purchasing a custom item, please visit our Sizing page and scroll to the bottom for the submission form, be sure to include your order number to avoid any delays in your purchase.

Exchanges & Returns

We strive to make sure you are as happy with your purchase as possible, all pre-made items from our Wagnes Legacy collection and the Neckwear Collection can be returned for a refund within 7 days after delivery minus the shipping cost. Item must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. No returns are accepted on custom made to order items. Please visit our exchange/return page for more details.

In cases with free shipping, customers are liable for the shipping fee if the product is refunded.

You get one complimentary sizing alteration request for all custom made items. Sizing alteration request must made within 7 days of the item being delivered. Please contact our team directly via info@wagnes.com with your order number, photos of the item on your companion, and a brief description of what doesn’t seem to fit and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Payments & Safety

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our payment processor is SQUARE in case you’d likes to research further on SQUARE’S privacy and Security measures.

We accept payments from major credit card companies such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AmericanExpress. You can also pay via Paypal.
